REGULATION OF NZOZ GEOTERMIA MARUSZA

1. Booking of particular services takes place on the basis of referral from a specialist doctor.
2. It is possible to use particular treatment prophylactically, without a referral, after previous visit at a doctor in our centre.
3. It is possible to use only the cave and the pyramid without consultation with a doctor.
4. Referral is valid for 30 days since its issue.
5. Missing of two booked treatments, without previous cancellation, results in loss of the following treatments.
6. People entering the ward are obliged to change their footwear.
7. Person referred to baths must have a towel, swimsuit, footwear for changing and a bath robe.
8. Person referred to inhalations must have footwear for changing.
9. Person referred to curative massage is obliged to have a towel, swimsuit, footwear for changing and a bath robe.
10. Protective clothing is required in cryogenic chamber:
    • swimsuit + tracksuit
    • cotton socks
    • cotton gloves
    • cotton ear band
    • mouth mask
    • footwear with a wooden sole – “clogs” (for rent in the centre)
11. Patient is obliged to inform a physiotherapist abort other diseased, which might have the influence on health during the treatment.
12. We bear no responsibility for items left in the centre.
