Classic massage
It is the oldest method of massage. It is made depending on recommendations with one or two hands grips. The basics are stroking, rubbing, pressing, shaking, patting. Each of these grips has different variations, made with different strength. Therefore, mechanic stimuli have direct influence on skin, subcutaneous tissue and muscles.
Massage improves elasticity of tissues, relaxes the muscles, reduces pain and improves circulation.

- condition after injuries
- static and active muscle overload
Lymphatic drainage
It is a special kind of massage, which major aim is removal of swelling. This is a mechanic massage and it is based on moving on lymph and opening of lymph nodes
Recommendations:
- primary lymphatic swelling
- secondary lymphatic swelling
- after treatments, which caused damage or removal of lymph nodes or lymphatic vessels
- after radiotherapy
- post-injury changes, post-inflammatory
- rheumatic diseases
Thermal treatment in infrared sauna
Session takes place at the temperature of 60°C. This is why it is allowed to stay there up to 30 min. Infrared radiation warms up the organism, causing increased blood flow in tissues, expanding blood vessels. The organism gets rid of toxins and the skin gets an intensive colour.
Recommendations for using of sauna:
- capillary circulation disorders (cold hands and feet)
- degenerative joint disease
- non-inflammatory spinal column diseases
- metabolic disorders (obesity)
- chronic rheumatic diseases
- post-injury conditions of motoric organ
Sauna may be used as a treatment preceding dry massage or exercises.
