Through stimulation of skin receptors, brine has a really beneficial influence on autonomic nervous system, increases skin blood flow, normalizes blood pressure and circulation. All baths regenerate the skin, accelerate metabolism and removal of toxins from the organism. Medical advice is recommended before the baths.
