Thanks to over 20 year tests on training equipment, colloquially called as strength equipment, a generation of equipment, meeting all requirements of a healthy training were worked out – also for those, who never practiced sports before and for the disabled.

The Grudziądz Fit-Line club (Geotermia) is furnished with such equipment. Their European standard is confirmed by Polish and German certificate of the highest quality and safety: ISO and TÜV.

Strength and endurance training on equipment is the fastest way to regain and maintain the lost condition, figure and strength. Each person receives an individual training program, adjusted to possibilities of the organism and the assumed goal.
